Four Home Screen widgets for today's progress, your streak, water, and one-tap meal logging — all without opening the app.
Add to Home ScreenHeart Tracker adds four Home Screen widgets, each built around a single job: check today's progress at a glance, or log something in one tap. Mix and match the ones you use, resize to small or medium, and even stack several on top of each other using iOS's built-in Smart Stacks.
Available in small and medium sizes. Shows today's total calories against your goal in a ring, plus how many of your usual meals are logged. The medium size adds mini dials for Food, Steps, Water, and Calorie Balance — synced from Apple Health when available. Tap to open Add Meal (small) or jump straight to today's diary (medium).
A small, glanceable flame icon and your current streak count — "5 days in a row," or a prompt to log a meal and start one. Tap to jump straight to logging.
The fastest possible way in: a single green "+" button, no rings or numbers, optimized purely for tapping straight through to logging a meal.
A water ring showing today's intake against your target. Tap to open the water logging screen directly, instead of a generic app launch.
iOS doesn't let a single widget have swipeable internal pages — that's actually a Smart Stack, which you build yourself by dragging one widget on top of another on your Home Screen. All four Heart Tracker widgets are designed to work well together this way: stack Today's Meals with Meal Streak and Hydration Quick Add, and swipe between them right from your Home Screen.
Widgets refresh the moment you log a meal or update your water intake in the app — no waiting for the next scheduled refresh.
Steps and active energy figures pull live from Apple Health when your device is unlocked, falling back to the most recent cached reading otherwise.
Widgets reset to an empty state each morning rather than showing yesterday's numbers, so you're never looking at stale data.
Every widget opens directly to the most useful next screen — adding a meal, logging water, or today's full diary — no extra taps through menus.
Requires iOS 17.0 or later. Widgets are all Home Screen widgets — Lock Screen widget support is not currently available.
Your progress, one glance away — no need to open the app.
